International Grant Recipient, Priscilla Otero

Recently the Palm Beach Rotary Club helped to make possible a Rotary International Grant for Priscilla Otero, local Jupiter, Florida native. Priscilla is currently studying at Oxford University and is in her second year MPhil student at St. Antony's College, Oxford University. Her area of focus is Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution. We love watching our fellow students and grant recipient as they grow and change throughout their educational years!
