2nd COVID-19 Grant Awarded to the Palm Beach Rotary Foundation

The Palm Beach Rotary Club has received a Rotary Foundation COVID-19 Grant which will be used to supply The Guatemalan-Maya Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida with over six hundred washable cloth face masks for those coming to the Center for COVID-19 testing.  These tests are currently being conducted each Saturday in cooperation with Found Care. This is currently the second grant the Palm Beach Rotary Club has utilized to assist local residents during the pandemic.  Masks were distributed on Saturday, August 29, 2020 with Past President Riccardo Boehm and current President Sara Fattori among others. The Rotary People of Action masks meet CDC recommendations for cloth face masks.
